The TurboTax Simulation, powered by EVERFI, is aligned to the K-12 national personal finance standards developed by The Council for Economic Education (CEE) and the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy (Jump$tart) and the State(s) Department of Education.
Students can:
- Understand that tax filing is something they'll need to do in the future and is a vital step towards financial independence.
- Gain familiarity with the information needed to fill out basic tax forms.
